Seminar Objective

The purpose of the seminar is to strengthen the competencies of Department Heads in the proper organization, execution, and documentation of Internal Audits, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable ISO standard. The seminar aims to ensure the compliance of the ISO System with the standard’s requirements, highlight weaknesses and opportunities for process improvement, enhance the culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System within the organization.

By the end of the seminar, participants are expected to:

1. Understand both theory and practice of Internal Audits according to the ISO standard applied
